Aufgaben

Kunden-Onboarding: Du begleitest neue Partnerbetriebe beim Start und sorgst dafür, dass sie vertrieblich durchstarten
Leadgenerierung: Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung und steuerst externe Vertriebsdienstleister
Vertriebssparring: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Partner rund um Angebote, Kundenkontakt und Umsetzung
Prozesse & Tools: Du analysierst, verbesserst und entwickelst unsere Sales-Prozesse weiter – datengetrieben und hands-on

Das bringst du mit

Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau – du kommunizierst direkt mit Kund:innen
Du bist neugierig, kommunikativ und willst Vertrieb von der Pike auf lernen
Du arbeitest strukturiert, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
Erste Erfahrungen im Sales oder Kundenkontakt sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss

HW Gründerkapital supports bold craftspeople in building modern businesses – with smart sales strategies, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial coaching.

Our team is growing fast – and we want you on board starting September.

Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding: You support new partner businesses in getting started and help them hit the ground running
Lead Generation: You create and implement measures for customer acquisition and manage external service providers
Sales Sparring: You are a key contact for our partners on topics like client communication, offers, and sales strategy
Processes & Tools: You analyze and improve our internal sales processes – always data-driven and hands-on

What you bring

Fluent German (C2 level) – you'll communicate directly with local customers and craftspeople
You're curious, proactive, and eager to learn the fundamentals of modern sales
You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way
Previous experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus – but not a must
